We have redundant systems with electronic controls and alarm systems as well as automatic emergency power generation capabilities.
Our facility includes 3 purpose built class 100 clean rooms.
Our 3 wing chemical process room covers full copper and precious metals segregated processing capabilities with 62 chemical / rinse baths. We can maintain customer dedicated baths for precious metals reclaim.
A specially designed RO/DI ultra pure water generation plant provides a continuously monitored 50gpm recirculation loop for minimal DI water costs.
We have a 60,000lb CO2 storage and ice manufacturing system to generate our own dry ice as of our final clean processes require ultra pure CO2 ice crystal blasting.
Two separate media blast rooms with a combined 12 blast cabinets supporting full copper segregation provides the ability to dedicate cabinets to media material, size or precious metals reclamation requirements.
The Solvent room contains two separate 3 chambered hoods (with fully automatic fire safety systems) to provide cost effective and safe solvent management.
A fully capable waste treatment plant allows for controlled batch processing of all acid and caustic wastes to meet the strictest environmental standards. It was also designed to capture precious metals fines in a cake form for refining/reclaim.
